Terms of Service

1. Overview

Launchomation ("the Platform") is operated by John Guydon Studios LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. What We Provide

Launchomation is an AI-powered platform that helps you build, launch, and market digital businesses. We provide landing page generation, copywriting, marketing strategy, domain registration, hosting, payment processing integration, and customer support — all powered by AI departments working together.

3. Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Don't share accounts or create multiple accounts.

4. Pricing & Billing

• Launch Fee: A one-time $5 fee is charged when you launch a site. This saves your payment method for future billing.
• Hosting: After your free grace period (set by your account tier), hosting is billed monthly to your card on file. The current rate is displayed in your billing settings.
• Domain Registration: Domain purchases are non-refundable. Domains are registered for 1 year and auto-renew.
• Ad Spend: Marketing campaign budgets are charged upfront and sent to the ad platform (e.g., Meta/Facebook). Service fees are non-refundable.
• Cancellation: Archive a funnel from your dashboard at any time to stop hosting charges. Your data is preserved.

5. Your Content & Businesses

You own the content you create through the Platform — your copy, your landing pages, your business ideas. We retain a license to host and serve that content as part of the Platform service.

You are solely responsible for the businesses you launch, including compliance with all applicable laws, tax obligations, and customer service for your own customers.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI departments (Randy, Ivan, Doug, Kathy, Cody, etc.) is provided as a starting point. While we strive for accuracy, AI can make mistakes. You should review all content before publishing. We are not liable for AI-generated content that is inaccurate, incomplete, or that causes harm.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Create businesses that promote illegal activity, hate speech, violence, or fraud.
• Spam, phish, or engage in deceptive marketing practices.
• Abuse API rate limits or attempt to circumvent platform protections.
• Resell or redistribute the Platform's services without permission.
• Interfere with other users' use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Meta/Facebook (ads), Namecheap (domains), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, revenue outcomes, or business success. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email.
